What a fantastic weekend of sport and betting opportunities, coinciding with pay day! Football results went again in favour of the customers again with one lucky customer in our very own Tramway LBO , winning £23k !!
The Superbowl was a spectacular event with Katy Perry stealing the show!?!? The New England Patriots won the game in the last few seconds, coming back from a 10point deficit to stop the Seattle Seahawks from making it back to back Superbowls. One lucky customer in Enfield Highway LBO winning £11K
I think I may have spoken too soon in Blog issue 1. It's obviously a good time to be a punter, rumour has it even Shane from Waltham Abbey had 4 winner's in a Yankee today. Maybe he should enter his tips for this blog.....
There are many visits predicted for the next 2 weeks regarding AV and Mystery shoppers. It is imperative that all staff are in regular discussion with our customers regarding PROMOTIONS.
This is our weakest area by far, we are letting ourselves down not offering promotions. This specific area will make the difference between middle of the road passive scoring LBO's or becoming a top rated promoter scoring LBO.
Let's give promotions our full attention and share any best practice with our 082 colleagues. Over the next few weeks , I shall be on regular visits across the district and this will be my biggest focus as well as discussing the up and coming Link Accounts.
There have been 2 branches achieving promoter scores this week! Check out the Roll of Honour link for more information this Friday....
I attended a Platinum workshop at the Ovel Cricket ground today, a fantastic location to deliver a strong and important message that will have a significant impact on our business this year.
I expect this message to be cascaded and delivered to all our customers in 082 in a professional manner. The input from all the staff that attended today was excellent both positive and constructive. A special mention to the 082 representatives Emma and Chantelle from Connop Road. They both received positive feedback at the end of the day. Great work.
We have to get this right and I know I can count on your support.

Any issues with attendance for the Link course's let me know immediately. Non attendance will NOT be looked on favourably.
Saturdays horse selections were a case of so near, but yet so far! After 3 second places it's time to get a winner on the board. At least I am giving some pretty decent odds. I hope anyone mad enough to follow my selections have gone E/W
